What We Offer.

Genuine Free Range Pork.

Your choice makes a difference to the lifestyle of pigs and their ability to roam as naturally as possible.
Close Inspections are possible as our pigs are handled gently.

Your choice means our pigs can be treated and handled humanely.
Our stock are free range.

Our stock are fed on rotational cropping such as Barley, Cowpeas and Wheat.
A little nap in the farrowing shed with mum.

Your choice makes a difference to the way pigs are able to breed and raise their young.
The sows can lay down whenever they please to feed their young.

The next stage in our breeding after being born in the farrowing pens,around 1 week old.
Walking quietly to another paddock.

Our pigs are socialised at an early age with our farm dogs,so when its time to move to another paddock its stress free.
Supplement grain feeding.

Our pigs have access to pasture at all times and are fed a daily ration of bought in prepared pellets.

Healthy Eating Free Range Breeding

Our pigs are Landrace Large White & Berkshire

We sell weaners /growers to requirement at any age.
Currently running 40 sows and gilts at present.
This gives us around 700 weaners a year.

Our pigs are kept in top condition.

They have access to pasture at all times.
The pastures include winter crops such as Barley and Wheat.We also grow Cowpea.
None of our feeds are medicated.

The pigs are never housed unless they are due to farrow. They are then penned individually so they can farrow in peace and are left there for about a week to bond with their piglets and give them a good start on mothers milk.After this they are let out to pasture in groups with other mothers and piglets.This is good for protecting the piglets from predators and pigs are very social animals.
